The cost of domestic shipping (ITALY) is € 8.90. For amounts over € 180.00 shipping is GRATIS ( only Italy).
The timing of packaging are indicative of 1-2 working days for the Italian places, 3-4 working days to major cities in Europe,3-5 working days for the remaining places in the world depending on the destination.
Orders paid via paypal, are typically dispatched the next working day, if possible orders will be processed on the same day.
For payments made by bank transfer, we will ship at the accreditation on the bank account.
Any delays and additional expenses due to the customs of the countries in which you are shipping are not attributable to Romeo Wines Sas and are charged to the recipient.
For the bill to customers not Italian and Italian authentic information supplied by the Customer and the invoice will be included in the package.
No change in the bill will be possible after the issuance thereof.
No responsibility can be attributed to Romeo Wines Sas in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
- The number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document
- That the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal).
Any damage to the packaging and / or product (BROKEN BOTTLES OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES) or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately reported to the carrier, putting the word "RESERVE" on the bubble on the proof of delivery courier. Subsequently, the products will be delivered with nothing to pay.
Once signed the slip, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of the goods.
Any problems concerning the physical, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, to be sent by mail to email@example.com. In the case of non-collection of the material in storage at the warehouses of courier because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer, the order will be automatically canceled.
Romeo Wines Sas reserves the right to deduct from the value of the order the shipping, storage and return of the goods at the store.
